You may purchase books in Barnes and Noble, and snacks from Sandellas or the Grille. The back of the ID card looks like this. LIBRARY BAR CODE (located on the front).

CARE OF YOUR ID CARD
Each student receives a zippered pouch key ring holder when their original ID is issued. The College recommends keeping your ID in this pouch or in your wallet to protect the magnetic stripes from damage. This card is not fragile by any means but since cash value may be lost, a higher level of care is prudent.

  • DO NOT punch holes in this card.
  • DO NOT put any type of stickers on this card.
  • DO NOT try to open your room door with this card.
  • DO NOT wash the card with your laundry.

ALLCARD DEBIT ACCOUNT
This is a declining balance account available to all students participating on any meal plan. All deposits are made at the Bursar’s Office during normal working hours. Account balances can be checked at any card reader located in the Grille, Book Store, Bursar’s Office, and the ID Card Office. In the event of lost or damaged cards, funds deposited in this account are safe as soon as the card is reported missing to the ID Card Office. The current balance will be transferred to your replacement ID. All funds will transfer to the next year through the last semester of your Senior Year. Any balance on the card at that time will be forfeited. For students withdrawing, any balance left on the ALLCARD will be returned less the administrative fee of $20.00.

VENDING ACCOUNT
This is a declining balance account available immediately to all students. Value can be added to your Vending Account at the middle level of Decker College Center in the Grille. The Bursar’s Office cannot add value to your vending account. The maximum deposit is $20 with a maximum account value of $26. Account value will carry forward to the next academic year. ATTENTION: In case of a lost card or in some situations a damaged card, any value on the Vending Account will be lost.

The College cannot verify the account history on this magnetic stripe and will not be held responsible for any losses. It is the College’s recommendation to students NOT to keep a large value on this account for this reason. Students can keep their funds secure in their ALLCARD Debit Account and transfer value to the Vending Account as needed.
